Hey, I have a question regarding my Express entry. I’m currently on CRS score of 440. So I’m thinking of getting a LMIA to support my application where it gives 50 additional points. But my problem is I still have 1.5 years left in my PGWP. Even though I work for this 1.5 years my CRS score won’t go higher than 465. But if I get a LMIA and experience then my score will come to nearly 500 points.but only problem is with LMIA closed work permit my PGWP will be cancelled. As my employer told me to work under closed work permit. Can anyone guide me is it a good decision to take?

Is your employer willing to apply for LMIA? Without knowing if they will be approved tough to comment.

Yeah I’m paying him and he is willing to apply.
Do you have no shame in doing this? What you are doing is considered a fraud. In a world where you can get a PR simply by learning another language, you would rather do something illegal?
Yes. That's immigration fraud and your work permit and even if you got PR via that experience can be revoked. You can be ban from Canada for years.

As others have said this is immigration fraud and could but your PR and citizenship at risk for life. If ever discovered that would mean you received PR through crime and misrepresentation and therefore never qualified for citizenship. There have been some cases where people have lost their status 20+ years later. Thos also leaves you vulnerable to extortion which we also see in cases like this. Employers or others who know about this deal demand payments longterm. What you are suggesting is a crime, you aren’t guarantee approval based on the crime and you put yourself at significant longterm risk by attempting to pay for an LMIA.
