Guess someone might ask why you are applying for all these visas and not just focusing on your Canada application. What reasons were given for the refusals.

since i applied canadian work visa i quit my job so i was bored with my family so i planned to travel and my bank statement is fine so i was planning to visit somewhere as usa or australia or europe and 3 of theme i got rejected
France rejection
Your intention to leave the territory of the Member States before the expiry of the visa could not be ascertained

Australia rejection
My decision is based on the following factors From all the information available to me, including the documents and information the applicant provided, I find that the criteria for the grant of a Visitor (Tourist) visa are not met by the applicant. I have given weight on the information provided on this application. However, it is outweighed by other relevant factors that determine whether an applicant genuinely intends to stay temporarily in Australia for the following reasons:
 Applicant’s financial/economic ties to his current country of residence are limited to his business, he is a non-citizen and there is no provision for permanent residence for expatriates in the current country of residence.
 Applicant has limited immigration/travel history to consider that may be beneficial or adverse to the application.
 Departmental records indicate that the applicant had previously lodged Skilled Visa application in 2008 and was refused FA-600 visa in 2016 and 2018 respectively; however, the applicant did not declare his previous applications/refusals on this application.

USA rejection
interview was very good but suddenly officer said
"your country passport not validity travel to usa that's why we are going to refusal your visa "
My passport is valid to travel to USA and no refusal letter or any document just they returned my passport
that's all

now waiting for canadian visa approval or rejection

All you can do at this point is wait to see the results of the Canadian work permit application.

The fact you are living in a country where you only have temporary residency (i.e. are a non-citizen) lowers your chances of a work permit approval.

I'm assuming you declared all of your past refusals (i.e. from 2016 and 2018) in your work permit application.

Yes - of course there's a connection.

All Canadian visa applications ask if you have ever been a refused a visa to Canada or any other country. It is mandatory that you declare all past refusals to all countries. Failure to do so is misrepresentation. This will result in your application being refused and you'll have a high chance of being given a five year misrepresentation ban from Canada.

You should have reviewed all of the details in your application before your lawyer submitted it. Did you do this? If there is any incorrect or missing information in the application, you will be held responsible by IRCC (not your lawyer).

You need to contact the visa office as soon as possible to let them know about this error and submitted corrected forms showing all refusals. Since you are resubmitting the forms, you'll also need to include your most recent three refusals. You'll want to hurry. If IRCC finds your omissions first, you'll be looking at a refusal and most likely a 5 year ban from Canada.

This is just a puzzling situation. A locksmith job is not very high paying yet you quit your job which would indicate you think you will receive a WP and you have the money to travel to a lot of expensive places.
