LMIA + Job Offer. Apply for PR but reject job offer after Landing !!

Hello All

I am an Indian national with an IT profile.

I have a consultant in Canada who is willing to do LMIA for me and offer me a job which pertains to my NOC code. The only problem is that I have joined a new job and the pay that I get in my new job will be far greater than than what the consultant in Canada is offering me. My new job is outside Canada.

I would like to know if I can take the Canadian job offer solely for the purpose of getting 50 points on my Express Entry application, then come to Canada and reject the job offer to return back to the new job ? Will this action in any way affect my PR status.

CIC website only talks about updating the EE profile with a valid job offer, it doesn't say anything about acceptance of the offer or any sort.

Please help as CRS scores are getting lower and I will soon get an ITA.

That may qualify as fraud --- both by you and the employer --- and your PR visa may be canceled once you enter Canada next also affecting your future applications.
