I have a positive LMIA from Quebec. I updated my EE profile and I received an additional 50 points.
My present score is 545 and i'm expecting an invitation in the next draw.

I don't speak French and can't go with Quebec's Immigration system as French is mandatory.

Since i'm on a closed work permit and that is also from Quebec, how can I give an Intention to move out of Quebec's explanation letter.
If I give an acknowledgement letter from employer saying I can leave the job and will move out of province once I receive my PR. Will that work?

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Please help

That doesn’t work. You can’t count point for a job offer in Quebec yet want to be considered for FSWP which requires you to be outside Quwbec. You will either be refused or lose the job offer points.

Typically you need more proof than a letter from your employer that you’ll move if you get PR. Once you get PR you could technically remain in Quebec in your scenario which is why the application is likely going to run into problems.
