Hi Friends..
I have got few questions here.

I have received refusal on BCPNP express entry recently. I have 1 yr 6 months experience so far in NOC B (retail store supervisor). My owner might be ready to support me for an LMIA for permanent residence only coz i have enough work permit and i need it to gain additional 600 pts. on CEC.
So question are,

1. How long does process take which is only for permanent residence LMIA ?
2. Is there any restrictions on that? (e.g. Wages, unemployment rate, Place, etc)

I work at same place and present since 1 yr and 6 months.
Any additional suggestions on my case if i forgot to write here.

Thanks in an advance

It's actually NOC 0 - http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/ProfileQuickSearch.aspx?val=0&val1=0621&val65=retail
Possible that's why you got the refusal.

1. Minimum 4 weeks of advertising the job before you your employer can apply for LMIA. 3-4 months to get LMIA, less than a month to get Invitation To Apply, less than 6 months to get PR after application. Best cast scenario 9 months.
2. As far as I know there aren't any such restrictions on PR, but there are on LMIA: http://www.esdc.gc.ca/eng/jobs/foreign_workers/reform/restrict.shtml

Level B - NOC 6211 - is (likely) correct -
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=retail%20supervisor

We couldn't know without seeing a list of duties/responsibilities.

But it might help if the OP knows why the application was refused... I think the OP meant that s/he did not receive the PNP nomination from BC...
