LMIA for former PGWP holder seeking PR via Express Entry

My PGWP expires at the end of May so my employer has agreed to apply for an LMIA. In an attempt to mitigate the costs though, can anyone suggest some free online job board please? Other than Jobbank, what are some valid job boards that do not require a fee? I am asking for LMIA purposes, so suggestions like Craigslist and Kijiji may not be suitable options. I'm guessing it's not likely that I'd receive the results of this LMIA before the WP expires, huh? Also, what are the chances, in your opinion, that I receive an ITA before then if my score is 424? It seems to me that I would have to return home at the end of my WP and hope that I receive a positive LMIA response, before I can return as a worker or PR. Is that right? I would appreciate any feedback.

my WP expiry in month of April 13th

even though my employer agreed to help me through LMIA... don't know what to do extend my stay.... Still the Job posting not done yet.
