Lmia for a cook is eligble for applying PR?

Hello everyone need some information regarding lmia and job ontained through it. If someone get a job as cook through lmia can apply in express entry? Or we must have noc level B job at least to apply pr. Thanks

cook has a noc 6242,which is already B noc,yes you can apply EE under CIC if have alteast 1 year Canadian experience as a cook(full time) or under FST with back home experience.
