My (1st) landing work permit was issued based on LMIA (Case type 20) at the time of work permit expiry my employer applied for work permit extension as a intra company transfer and my current work permit is intra company transfer.
Am I still eligible for 600 points under LMIA category for express entry?

No. Your work second permit was not issued based on a lmia so you do not qualify
