Do we have to apply for LMIA exemption before we ITA or after.?
And what changes we have to make in our express entry profile?

What do they mean that LIMA is not required for CEC?

What do they mean that LIMA is not required for CEC?

It means you do not need a LMIA to apply through Express Entry but you won't get the extra 600 points from having a job offer.
