LMIA Exempt Work permit application from Russia

Okay, one more thing, in the checklist, it asks for provincial certification for the job as evidence that you qualify, did you get certification?
I'm intra company transfer so my job already provides me with the qualification I need to perform that activity in Canada for the same company. How to deal with this?

For my case, my job is LMIA exempt and job location is Quebec. In Quebec, jobs with LMIA exempt are exempted from the need of provincial certificate. Please check what your province of work requirements if you need anything. If you dont need it simply select NO

For the question which asks whether your occupation is in following list, select NO (even if you feel the occupation you are applying is appearing in the list)

Then usually in the next step it will show that you need a work permit. I also face same issued but then it worked for me.

I am also in the same path. Did you receive your work permit in 2 weeks time if didnot choose GSS?
