LMIA exempt job offer- CEC express entry profile

I am trying to make my profile on IRCC portal for Express Entry under CEC. I am trying to gain 200 points of job offer for NOC 00015. However, the points are not reflecting in my profile. The extra points for "arranged employment" are not being reflected in my profile. Can someone help me how to score those points or what I could be doing wrong in my profile? Thanks in advance.

What type of LMIA are you on? How long have you worked in Canada? Do you have a new job offer letter?

It is LMIA exempt under ICT. I have worked more than 1 year in the same company and the company is ready to write a new job offer stating that it will keep me employed after PR for at least 1 year.

You are answering a question wrong. You need the updated letter to get the points too.

Yes, even I think I might be answering a question wrongly. I tried to make the profile with both the answers, YES and NO:
Is XXX's job offer from the employer named on the current work permit?

Do you think I could be answering any other question wrongly? Because I am not getting the points with both the answers here.

Yes, it's very possible you could be answering other questions incorrectly. If you are not getting points, this means you are answering one or more questions incorrectly somewhere in your profile.

Review all of the answers again very very carefully and also your answers.

For example, you should be saying "yes" to the question on whether your employer is named on your current work permit if you are on an ICT.
