LMIA-exempt Francophone Mobility job offer: can I get 50-200 points after 1 year of experience with same employer on open work permit?

Hi,

I've gotten an LMIA-exempt Francophone Mobility employment offer number for Teer 0 job.

I currently have an open work permit and have been working for the employer for a year.

I wanted to know if I could use the same LMIA-exempt offer number to get the 200 points when applying for CEC under express entry or do I need to apply for a closed work permit with the employer's name on it and then I could get the 200 points?

I have a PGWP and a special measures work permit from the Ukraine program.

What is your 00 NOC? Only a few NOCs are eligible for 200 points - CEO, CFO etc.
