LMIA employers requirement

Hi, in LMIA is employer annual income matters or not? I have another question regarding wage right now I am getting lower wage than median but my employer is able to help me in getting LMIA and my employer is able to give me raise of $3that is equals to median wage, than should I get positive LMIA or not so worried plz help
