LMIA current processing time

Anybody knows what is expected processing time to get LMIA based work permit. I have 99% chance to get bridging open work permit in 6 months so not sure is LMIA then worth even trying.

my application for lmia hs been done in 28 oct 2014. got three time compliance review call . no result yet.

I have been waiting for LMIA since January and it is 7 months now and no news. Is there any one in the same situation as me. My job is in the engineering field with a contract of 50 dol an hour. Please advise

No file number after 7 months seems a little strange, i would have your employer call SC to make sure they rec'd the application.

We had to re-fax the forms TWICE because they lost them.
