My previous employer got Service Canada complaince on my postive LMIA which I got on 04th january 2017.I worked their almost 1 year.But after LMIA I worked their 6 or 7 months.Then I applied my PR application in september and had quit my job.I haven’t worked anywhere till I got my PR.Then I started working in another company after PR.But Now my employer got complaince regarding my lmia.I haven’t broke any law or broke any employment,immigration law.My employer is not worried.He is taking it very lightly.I told him that I can get lawyer and handle it myself with my money.But He want to do it himself.He is taking it easy.I am just worried for my PR status.My LMIA is expired and LMIA based work permit is also expired.I dont think their is anything wrong done on LMIA employment,but my employer doesn’t have any experience,he is doing that application himself.If he got non complaince,then is their any chance,that I got my PR status revoked after revoking LMIA.Please reply me as soon as possible.I will be greatfull to you.Thank you.

Your question is not very clear.

Did you work without a valid work permit? What are the timelines in your case?

For example, you came to Canada via an LMIA + a closed Work Permit in 2017. Then you worked on that work permit for some time and then quit after you became a PR?

Basically, was there any point at which you were out of status in Canada and you somehow misrepresented this?
