LMIA chance of success of NOC 1223 or office jobs?

Hi guys,

I just want to hear any of your inputs regarding chance of success for LMIA application for NOC 1223 (HR position) or general office jobs.

I heard that it is almost impossible to obtain LMIA for office jobs unless the position is in a really special condition.
Did anyone successfully obtain LMIA in these positions?
Any inputs are appreciated...

Even my NOC code is 1223. Jobs are available in Canada for this code. You can search different job boards.
