is there's anybody who applied for LMIA under Carpenter NOC?
how long have you waited for the approval?

Application sent: November 10 (dual intent LMIA)

Result: POSITIVE

why did they refused it first time?
I suppose that wasn't well prepared?

First LMO application was denied for not meeting the advertising requirements.

How do you know which employers have LMIA? No sense in applying to positions where TFWs are not even considered.

you dont know.
you ask and see do they have LMIA or are willing to apply for one.
go at jobbank,indeed,kijiji and other job-websites and search.
