LMIA by province requirements question

Experts,

Does anyone know if some provinces do not require an LMIA to provide a job offer
for an express entry / FSW cadidate?

Hard to find related info on the web, but I heard some provinces or jobs, have different
requirements, at the province level without LMIA.

Please advise.

LMIAs are federal, but some provincial nominee programs permit people with job offers to get a PNP nomination. They write letters that support work permits.

It's only AINP that I'm aware of that requires a job offer with LMIA.
