I have a question about an LMIA application.

What is the business legitimacy document that proves an employer has been in business for minimum of one year?

Is income statement along with balance sheet enough for that?

It does say If you are hiring a skilled foreign worker to support his or her application for permanent residence in Canada, you must submit proof that the business has been in operation for a minimum of one year (does not apply for positions in Quebec).

What would proof be? Is it the attestation?
