If something was wrong wouldn't they inform my employer? They call every two weeks and get the same response, processing. We've also contacted a attorney who told us that current wait times for BC are taking up to 13 months.

Were you dual, work permit or PR? The attorney is based out of Vancouver. If you were in the top 10 percent income you get thru faster.
