Did the service canada done review you employer jib bank account? We both have same situation. The job bank account of my employer has been suspended and he tried to contact the service canada and they told to him that their account is reviewing by the service canada...is almost 2 months already but the service canada did not yet done reviewing the job bank account of my employer and they can't post the job so that they could proceed in applying for their LMIA.

the service canada will send a letter in the employer's mailing address so your employer need to answer some questions. they did to my employer, but the account is not activated yet. any how best of luck

My employer got an interview yesterday and it was approved.

Here is my timeline:
Mailed in application package on 30th October 2018
Received file number on 13th November 2018
Called service Canada on 15th November and was told that additional documents were required, thus the PR LMIA was put in the regular processing queue(4-12weeks), no more 10 processing days
Received an interview phone call yesterday, approved
Job is located in Manitoba

My Friend's Employer said they never received any number although the fee was deducted.
Application was submitted on Nov 23rd in Ontario.

Did you apply dual-intent LMIA or the one only support for PR?

Yes, 100% getting file number once your application passed the completeness check. Ask your employer to call service Canada and they will tell you the file number. As long you get the file number, just wait patiently for the interview

Hi there, I applied for the PR only LMIA. My pgwp has already expired and I am holding a spouse work permit now. As long as you are already working for the employer, the PR LMIA is super easy to get approved. I really encourage every CEC applicant to try talk with their employers applying for LMIA if they lack 50 points

Hi, as I have been working with my employer for years, the LMIA officer only asked for the previous 3 months paystubs to prove I am still working and the employer is able to pay the wage, that's all
