Mine was delivered on Oct 20 and we've got the file number on October 28, but nothing until now!

From other posts, 90 days it's the best bet I guess...

Officer at Niagara Falls border said regular time for LMIA is 1 month and longer process is more as an exception, but seems like it's not true or here is the concentration of problematic customers :D

P.S. which also can be true, as if everything fast and straight forward you don't even look to the forum.

Hi,

I already have a Job Offer for NOC 1221 in BC, the employer submitted the LMIA request around Late August to First week of September 2016, Until now I don't have any updates about the LMIA decision being given to my Employer. the Job is still published on several Job posting sites. so it been more than 90 days, anyone also in the same situation?

I m also in the same situation. Noc 6242 in BC. My LMIA was also applied in last week of August bt no news till now... this waiting is frustrating. .

Here is my timeline update:
Application received in St John on Oct 20
Confirmation letter 12 days after that
Employer received a call on Dec 13 asking for additional documents
Additional documents being prepared:
a) my personal document with place of birth
b) proof of active advertisements
c) a couple of corporate documents (I don't know much about it as my employer didn't detail it to me)

I will post updates as I move forward. Fingers crossed.

So far the waiting time from the application until the first contact was 53 days!!!
