LMIA application processing time?

Hi To All,

I am waiting on LMIA from ontario, which has been applied in the month on june for the NOC 2147 Network Engineer.
The money has been taken from the account still no update from them.
Any on similar situation.
what are the chances for getting positive LMIA for NOC 2147

Hi everyone,

Just to give an update on my case. My employer was contacted recently about their LMIA application. They received the application receipt confirmation from the government back in April. I was told that the government agent was not impressed with the LMIA application due to economic realities in Alberta and a few other things. At the end of their discussions, the agent told my employer that they would take a second look at the application and will inform my employer about their decision soon.

So I don't really feel optimistic about my case.

Anybody waiting for LMIA for work permit from the below office.

HOW LMIA WILL GET RELEASED.
WILL IT BE RELEASED FOR ALL THE COMPANIES IN ONE DAY.
WILL THEY GET RELEASED BY E MAIL TO SOME HAS TO GO OFFICE TO COLLECT THE LMIA PAPER.
I HEARD THAT NEXT WEEK LMIA WILL GET FOR FEW COMPANIES. IS THIS TRUE
KINDLY ADVISE ON THIS.

Hi,

I was told by my lawyer that he seen the list of companies shortlisted for LMIA.
Also he can see my company on the list. He is saying that service canada will release the LMIA for list of companies next week.
how long you are waiting from toronto office ?
when did you apply ?

My employer decided to apply my LMIA from Ontario . I want to know that How i get to know that my application is filed by employer ? can anyone tell me about that? do they send me any file no. after sending or anything else!! i have no idea about that. if anyone knows about it please reply me.

My husband's boss got an interview a few days ago and was told he was gonna get the positive result by post mail.

But it hasn't arrived yet and I am worried so much.

Is there any case that LMIA is rejected by post mail?

The interviewer mentioned the result would be POSITIVE but we have been rejected once before.

So I am very concerned.

Any advice will be welcome and thankful.

My NOC is 2147
I found that prevailing wage for this is NOC is Median Wage 38.46 $/hr at toronto
My employer is offering me 33.50 $/hr and full time / indeterminate position
My employer has got call from service canada and processing fee has been taken
Till now no update
will the prevailing wage can be a issue.

WE HAVE APPLIED ON THE MONTH OF JULY
ESDC VISIT HAS BEEN DONE
MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN
ONLY ISSUE I AM CONCERN IS PREVAILING WAGE AS I PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED
SOME OF THE OLD FORUM SAYING 15% BELOW THE PREVAILING WAGE IS ACCEPTABLE BY ESDC
HOW FAR IS THIS TRUR ?

Most of all people applied LMIA to toronto...
