LMIA application processing time?

@ caprisj it can be a long wait. I have applied inland, NOC 0611 Dual Intent, App was filed by lawyers May17, File number Received May 20th and i am still waiting. Its going to be 4 months since the app was filed. It's a torturous wait, you just got to be mentally strong and take it one day at a time. Good Luck to us!

Hi, I'm a pastry cook. Why Will it be difficult to obtain an LMIA for my work? I know that it is a required job in Canada.

The only way you will find an answer to that question is to apply for pastry cook jobs and see whether employers are willing/able to go through the LMIA process. If you are already working in Canada as a pastry cook: ask your employer.

I'm not sure what you mean by "required job in Canada"? Just because a particular job/career is noted as being "in demand", does not necessarily mean that employers are willing/able to go through the LMIA process.

Yes we are the same St John's life on hold for the last year. My company offered me a job August last year but the first company they used messed up all applications. Second company is so much better.
They will let me know when they have had phone interview. We know after that we will have an answer. .
