Surely if they changed the forms on 18th of september, any applications submitted before that, they have to honour the old forms?

You cant just change forms half way through an application and turn around and say "sorry, we wont process this now" and not tell people, thats just bullshit.

But if an application was sent way back in august, would it really halt it with this new change? if the change wasnt introduced until a month later?

I've had my employer contact them anyways to see whats up.

Does anyone have a quicker way, other than fax?..to contact them

Ok, I'm not 100% sure but if I had to bet on it, I'd say no with certainty. There are specific offices that deal with the TFW applications. In any case the (toll-free) number is 1-800-3675693. Be prepared for a long waiting time on the line though ;D

If its been my employer dealing with all the application and i call, will they be able to pull up my application still? or would they only deal with them.

Got through, they couldnt give me any information, they will only speak to my employer so they are calling tomorrow so i can get some clarity on this form change.

Hopefully my employer can just get the form, fill it in and attach it to the current application. instead of having to fill it all out again/

So,

Submitted original application forms on August 3rd.

Found out a month later they never received the forms.

Submitted new forms on the 12th of september.

Its now been 2 weeks and i havent heard anything.


But somewhere in between all that they decided to change the form?

Why wouldnt they let my employer know when she resubmitted the forms that they have changed there and then?

Now i am another 2 weeks into the process and looks like its going all the way back to the very beginning again.

I am in Toronto and my employer sent it on Sep.8. I am not sure how long it will take.
