Our employer has also been told by his lawyer that the lawyer has a phone appt with the officer in Friday so we're hoping for an update then too!

jay i hope today is your day, let us know whats the outcome
updates on my application, sent on october 17, file number and charged on october 22. This week they said we need to correct couple of things on application, lawyer said it's not a big issue, so he sent them back and i am hoping to hear some good news in the next few weeks. Just received call from my employer, SC have called him but he didn't answer (he was busy) so he's gonna phone them next week. What does this mean when SC is calling employer? Did i reached the finale?

Yep it's soo hard, one employer (with lawyer) says 3 months from now! ( app was in in sept)

The other employer says service Canada told him 'He will get his LMIAs in 30 days'; app in a few weeks ago. Confused!

Hi everybody. After 10 months waiting is over!!!

Last Friday I get my Open Work permit for 2 years It's connected to my wifes AINP Work Permit, so I don't need LMIA anymore PR application is in process now too.
Anyway I will put update here whenever my company get LMIA just to inform you how long it's take. Unfortunately this is Named Application so nobody else can use it
