Hello,
Do you have an email that we can contact?

I'm about to apply for LMIA PR Support but my case is a bit different.

Here is a summary:

I'm on PGWP. I have worked for my current employer for over a year. They want to apply for LMIA PR Support but they don't meet the advertising requirements and they only have those in the past.

Are you able to list what your employer include in the application?

Your employer has to post the job in Jobs Bank and wait at least 1 month before applying. When applying the job posting has to be continue with no gap until the decision made. Your employer has to list how many resumes received, in which how many are Canadian, how many international. You employer has to show that all the Canadian ones are not suitable for the job that you are holding by interviewing them. My application included the filled application form + new signed job offer from employer + Part 1: job offer details , Part 2 recruitment ( where the job posts, from date to date, still active or not). Part 3 Labour Market impact ( you will able to train/help Canadian ones in the company, bring your unique to contribute to company....). Part 4 ( how many applied, how many Canadian. List the reason why each Canadian is not suitable).

Good Luck!

My girlfriend and I have applied LMIA since SEP 2019, there is no update until now.

Location: BC
Submitting on 4th Sep 2019, application received on 9th Sep 2019.
Fee deducted on 31st OCT 2019

I thought the application take 3 months only because my colleague did the same process last year.
Currently, I lost my status because I received the wp refuse email yesterday.
It mentioned that I have 90days to do the restoration.
However, I need to do that with the Positive LMIA result.

My girlfriend did the same process 2 weeks later than me but she has not received any wp refuse email.
But I believe that she will have the same problem 2 to 3 weeks later.

That's a nightmare for us. Both of us cannot work until getting the new wp.

What should we do if the worse case happens, which is both of us cannot receive the positive LMIA before the 90 days ended?
Should we apply for a visitor visa and back to our home country while waiting?
Is it harder to get a wp outland?
If it happens, could I get back to Canada with the visitor visa and apply the new wp inland?

Hey I wanna know that did you purchased a business or you submitted a business plan. Because as you stated that you applied for NOC 0013 but you got approved for noc 0125. Thanks

I am currently in Quebec with OSWP, but I applied for separate documents - my own CAQ and LMIA.
My documents were submitted on December 4th, 2019 and now I am waiting.
I applied under FLMIA (High-wage with NOC 2175 Web developer) and the process should take up to 80 business days.

I am very nervous and I would be happy to discuss timelines or support someone who is also waiting now for CAQ and LMIA + new visa.

How you check that you receive the application number? We submitted my documents to MIDI with 1 delivery day, but all my paperwork done by lawyer and I don’t have any file numbers.

I applied under FLMIA (high-wage with NOC 2175 Web developer).
I received positive LMIA + CAQ on February 4th.

It was twice in less than 80 days!

I applied for a new visa on February, 12th.

I hope this helps.
