Lmia and high/low wage

Hello ,
I am welling to apply for LMIA and trying to get the 50 points, however, I am confused which stream I should apply either high or low wages? Please kindly help.

Here are some information about myself,
In the pool currently , and I am working full time in canada ontario , I am on PGWP.
NOC B 4214
Wage $16/ hour.

hello! my employer applied for a low wage lmia and the application is running for 5 months already and still no update, the last time she called service canada is the agent said no officer yet is available to handle the applications. im just worried though, coz its taking more tham 3 months, when 3 months is the timeline for the application, can somebody enlighten mo on this? thank you.
