LMIA - 600 points - Express entry - question ? please help/advise :)

hello guys

my employer is working on LIMA - they have posted my job in the job bank

they have listed 2-3 years exp .
the issue is i have 1.9 yrs of Canadian work exp and 1 yr of foreign exp
for the foriegn exp i dont have an proof other offer letter and relieving letter

will that be enough for my employer to completer my apllication
?
right now i am on open work permit -Post Grad

please advise
