Hi All!

I hope this forum will help me to get my queries cleared and to look for a possible way out to my situation.

I moved to Lloydminster (city on border of Alberta and Saskatchewan) in July 2012 after getting one year Post Graduation Work Permit. I was keen to apply SINP so checked the working requirements and had telephonic conversation with SINP executives. I was told that I HAVE TO SHOW SASKATCHEWAN RESIDENCY to apply SINP , irrespective of where i work with full time employment. SO i got a job at ALberta side of the city (sask side of the city is mostly residential area) but continued living on SASK side.

Now when I am about to complete my hours and ready to apply for SINP, I was told that rules have changed and Now i need to show that I am working with a SASKATCHEWAN BASED EMPLOYER! I checked with them twice. I dont see if my plea will be considered positively!

My work permit expires in 3 months only! My employer is being supportive and has agreed to help me in providing LMO. But what after LMO? what should i do? My job is NOC Level B.

Please guide.

Many thanks in Advance.

If your job is level B then you can apply after completion of one year work in CEC Class. Also get a workpermit so that you can continue your job.
