Just finishing filling out the spousal PR forms, and one point stuck out to me. If you are claiming Outland, you then shouldn’t say you are living with your spouse, right? Asking because then it looks much easier for proof of relationship If you DO claim you are living together. My husband does live with me while he’s here visiting. Last time he stayed 6 months, he’s been gone for 2 months, and when he comes back his plan is to stay until PR gets approved if he can get extensions. He’s from the US. Just wondering if we can claim he’s living here, because technically he’s visiting?
