Living in Quebec After PR With Entry Express

Hello There,

Just Received My COPR this week, i should land in the next few weeks.

In the CIC Letter, they say I need to Provide My CSQ during the landing process if my final destination is Quebec... And I'll Maybe have a job opportunity in Montreal.

I didn't obtain my PR with a CSQ but throught Entry Express !

Does it mean I can't Live in Quebec with A Permanent résident Status obtained with Entry Express ??

Quebec has an agreement with the federal government to select it's own immigrants through use of the CSQ. Technically you're not supposed to settle in Quebec without going through that process. That being said, you will have the same rights of mobility as everyone else in Canada, meaning that you can choose where you want to live after entering the country.

In other words I have to land anywhere except Quebec.

And I'll go overthere after the immigration process is completed.
