Living in Montreal right now, but want to move to Toronto eventually.

Hi!

So glad I found this forum. My partner and I are currently living in Montreal after landing here from Germany on a work and travel visa 2 years ago. We are currently on a temp work visa and want to apply for PR soon.

The thing is, we might want to settle for good in Toronto, simply because for both of us the job situation seems to be better there. (Software and Marketing)

If we apply while still living in Montreal do we still have to go through the Quebec approval process or only the federal?
