Living in Japan - Confused by fees!

I'm a Canadian citizen living in Japan sponsoring my common-law partner from Japan.

I'm confused with the fees that I need to pay.

- First of all, using the online payment system, since I'm living in Japan, I'm choosing Family Class and NOT Spouse and Spouse and Common-Law Partner in Canada Class, correct?

- Second, in the family class immigration fees section there are six types of fees I can pay:

1. Family Class Sponsorship application (per application) $75.00
2. Principal applicant $475.00
3. Principal applicant, if less than 22 years of age and not a spouse or common-law partner (including a dependent child of the sponsor, a child to be adopted and an orphaned brother, sister, niece, nephew, or grandchild) $75.00
4. A family member of the principal applicant who is 22 years of age or older, or is less than 22 years of age and is a spouse or common-law partner $550.00
5. A family member of the principal applicant who is less than 22 years of age and is not a spouse or common-law partner $150.00
6. Right of Permanent Residence Fee $490.00

Because I am only sponsoring my spouse, should I pay #1, 2, and 6? I do not need to pay for #4?

Yes if you're only sponsoring your spouse the total will come to $1,040.
