Live in Unites States,and PPR comes from NEW Delhi

Hello,

I live in the United States on my student visa. And I have applied for PR as Outside of Canada. I got my PPR yesterday from New Delhi. They said that I have to send the Passport to New Delhi office only.

Is there any option for me to submit in the States?

You can ask them for submission in USA. Send email to Delhi visa office. But better to travel back to India to submit passport through VFS India.

That's a 2,000 dollar/1 month investment. Not easy if Amthakor7 is a student.

Amthakor7, I am also in the same boat. Do post here when you resolve this. In the past, people have had success in switching their visa processing from NDVO to other country's visa office. If your spouse is in Canada, try directly calling CIC for instructions.

But better to travel back to India to submit passport through VFS India.
