In order for the application for permanent residence of your dependant(s) residing in the Philippines to be finalized, the following documents must be submitted to our visa office in Manila:
· On a separate sheet, provide the mailing address where your dependant(s)' passport(s) can be returned by courier collect, telephone number(s) and e-mail address.
· Original passports for all of your accompanying dependants who reside abroad. Please remove passport jackets/covers.
· Two recent identical passport photographs of every accompanying dependant family member.
Your dependants must submit their passports and photos in an envelope with the application number (found on the top right corner of the first page of this letter) written very clearly on the outside through either of the following options:
