Ano ba yung sa medical mo paper base means need to be courier or emedical? I've done kasi via emedical doctor and after the result sent agad nya sa RMO (Regional Medical Office) in Asia which is Manila and I guess Manila did inform na lng Vegraville. In just 3 days after a staff from my doctor inform me that the result was been forwarded, when I open my spouse eCAS it was listed already. Wait ka lang pg paper base ang gamit ng hospital na undergo ka medical medyo mas mabagal kasi processing...good luck to all of us!

malamang paper based kami kasi sobrang tagal na, sa st. lukes kami nagpamedical, pero tumawag yung LC1 ko 2 weeks ago sabi ng agent na nakausap nya meron na daw sa system nila yung medical namin kaso yung pinadala nyang mga additional docs na requirements dipa daw nagaapear sa system nila, meaning dipa nachecheck ng immigration officer na may hawak yung papers namin, baka nasa mahabang pila pa...

Check the link that i included with this message. Those are september and august 2012 PR applicant under live in caregiver, some of them got thier PR status last december 2013.
I hope and pray were next too.

Hello,sino po nakaexperience sa inyo dito na nakareceived na ng 3in1kit pero hindi included dun ung medical form ng dependent? Ganun po ba talaga yun to follow nlng ung medical form? Thanks!

separated email ung medical form.. nandun kasi ung UCI ng bawat dependent.. ifollow up nyo kung walang email kasi di un pwede idownload lang sa CIC website kasi sila mismo nagencode ng complete details sa medical form including the name of dependent/birthday/address and category...

ung sa family ko sumunod after a month ing med form perl upon receiving there kit pinapunta ko na sila sa st lukes and they did the upfront medical at hung dumating ing med form nila di na kinaliangan basra ing ibibigay say na e-medicla form papadala mo sa Lc1 para isama sa pagsubmit ng form at documents nyo.

just bring the 5pages letter sent to your LC1 un forward saiyo at un lang dadalhin nyo sa clinic. ask ur mom to double check sa spam or junk nya kasi minsan dun pinadala ing akin thru post mail ing med form perl ing kit thru email. so better na forward sainyo ng mom nyo ing email na un at un lag dadlahin nyo sa clinic para makapagmedical na kayo.

pwede pala upfront medical.. kagaya ng ginawa samin.. wala sa record ng st lukes ung medical request namin kaya parang upfront medical nalang ginawa.. gumawa sila bagong emedical form tska sabi ilagay daw namin ung emedical form pag submit ng papers... sayang oras pa med na kayo..

--- hi everyone... i just got a letter from cic and its just a medical form for my dependent...
i red on the thread its a 5 pages docs but mine is just a 2 pages medical form...
is it consider the 3in1 kit? or a follow up documents will be sent to me?
