Yup, I have a FB friend who told me that she got her kit last May 16, it went to her spam. She's May 23,2012. Yay! Malapit na tayo, papunta na sa January galing ng dec haha

Hi so you're Rhea that I read under livein CG who had rcv a 3in1 last May 16? So it's typo error, and it's May 2013?
If that's the case, it's really getting frustrating that they're bypassing 2012

My friend is dec 2012 applicant, Aip with medical request for LC1 feb 2013, 3in 1 kit for LC2 May 2013

There should be no prob renewing your OWP.I renewed mine on Feb and got it a month later.

Seems like they forgot our application, I also just read a Feb 2013 applicant who received her kit

Haha kahit naman siguro sino will feel bad of what's happening pero syempre happy for others it's just that feeling of loneliness away from our loved ones kaya sometimes we feel neglected nagpaliwanag talaga! Haha

ireceivedmy aip last nov 2013.i called cic last week i remember it was thurs the agent told me i need to wait till june for the kit if theres none ill call then back 1st of july.when i checked my email mon april 12 i got email 2 email from them. 1 for the 3 in 1 kit and 1 for the referral.

congrats annemarie91104! have u done the IMM0008 form? did u fill-up the personal details (info for yourself) or leave it blank and just filled up the dependant's part?...the background and addl fam info are for dependant's only? no need for us the caregiver, right? please help, thanks.

di ko na natiis talagang nag follow nko kase nkaka frustrate and nkaka demotivate to know that there are still some applicants from 2011 and 2012 that haven't received any updates from them.

I got the same answer when I followed up that we are still in a normal processing time frame, but how can they explain why some applicants who passed their PR late 2012 and early 2013 are receiving their kits already.

We just need some peace of mind here

The scenario:

I am about to submit for PR application, i'm in doubt if i will be committing a misrepresentation regarding my employment details.

On November 2010 i submitted my initial application papers with one work experienced on my employment history. Visa was approved after two years of waiting and left for Canada on 2012.

On January of 2011 i got the acknowledgement letter that my application was received by the embassy. There was a line in a letter that states; "if there are changes to your personal details, including change of address, family composition, or change in employer, please send us a signed letter or address update..." Does it include an update in employment history?

During the waiting period of 2011 to 2012 I got accepted from a job, in fact, I had a total of 2-employment with different employers at that time.

n0w, 2014 I am qualified for PR application. I will be writing on my employment details again; do i need to include my work experienced during the years of 2011 t0 2012? if so, will i commit a misrepresentation for not informing the Immigration post of my personal details update during the course of the application period? or will i be freed from such immigration violation because the application was done prior to my 2011-2012 jobs experienced.

I need your opinion and please share if you have the same story. thank you guys for the help!

You mean that the two jobs happened in canada? Or outside canada? If it happened here that you both working in 2 employers does it mean the other is under the table? As far as I know you cannot work to employrs at the same time if your work permit is bonded.
