Good day everyone. I am Leah from the philippines. I want to seek an advice on what to do regarding my status. I applied for the live-in caregiver program here in the Canadian embassy here in the Philippines. I received a mail from the Canadian Embassy last Dec. 6. Much to my surprise it was my docs. Forwarded to the Canadian embassy with my passport on it. Unfortunately upon opening the mail no visa stamp on my passport and instead received a notice that my application was denied due to the following reasons that :

My employer is not capable of paying me as a caregiver.
She can't provide me a room for me to stay.

The problem all of this is that how do they weight things when my employer owns an 18 room house with an 8 bedroom. On the financial aspect my employer told me that she haven't received any letter from the embassy asking her any docs. asking her financial status.

After telling her about the result she told me that she was pissed off and on my part i felt like everything come to an end after all the waiting of almost 2 years this is what I get a very unjustly decision.

I hope to seek an advice on what other way we can do for my application.
Thank you very much for those who will respond on this.
Godbless
