Early 2011 pa so far ang latest na nkikita kong w/ dependents na nabibigyan. My nkita ako sa FB na sept 2011 pero medical for herself.but let us be positive, who knows before the end of the year eh uusad din and papers natin =)

I am also still waiting for the LC2 kit..seems 2012 still on hold even our LC1 already have AIP. From what I observed from different forum, LC2 kit was sent 2 to 3 months after LC1 has their AIP already. I am still hoping we're included in the 17500 to be processed this year. Keep praying and hoping for the best.

I received my second email on March 3rd and until now I have not been contacted by the Vancouver office.

Do they usually send an email or mail?

Until now I'm waiting for my interview letter from CIC Vancouver for 4 months already ....your not alone...don't worry...

I haven't received mine either. It has been 3 months since I've received my 2nd email.

@neng23, I suggest you should give them a call. The girl who is Mar 2012 applicant has got her interview letter already. You are a Jan 2012 applicant. They might mail you already but it has gone missing.

I have noticed that mostly CIC will send out the letters when it reaches 24-month period for Vancouver applicants.

I am not worried too much about mine because I will be on my 24-month in May. It just that I got AIP in a bit early (which I don't mind).

Anyone from Vancouver who is March 2012 applicant or earlier should contact CIC to touch base, I think.

hi guys as for reading the different threads and observing the timelines in my opinion this is whats happening.

for 2010 applicants it took them 2 years before they got their AIP ... so they got it around 2012 then wait again another 1 year for LC2 kit so thats 2013 ..( some are still processed in the philippine some were transferred here in Canada and right now on process for Medical request.

for 2011 same .took them 2 years to get AIP ... so around 2013...
---->for those who got AIP around first quarter ... they still get the chance to get the LC2 kit from CEM and sent it around june, july, aug etc.. but didnt get AOR...then transferred their application here in canada...and they are the ones who got the Medical request and NBI request starting January-March 2104.

and then OCTOBER 2013 CIC ANNOUNCED THE 17,500 PR FOR 2014 AND FASTER AIP FOR LIC

for 2012 applicants most of them got AIP in 2013 ( so they are the ones who got the AIP in processing time of 15 mons ... improving from 2yrs of AIP before) and because of the changes made that the dependants will now be process here in Canada those who got AIP in last quarter of 2013 didnt get the chance to have the LC2 kit from CEM and said that their papers are now transferred in CPCV.

---->for 2012 singles i think they got their PR already.
---->but for 2012 married ones still they are waiting for the said 3in1 kit ... MEDICAL+RPRF+NBI...they said to wait around 3-4 mons time.

jan2012-nov2012 applicants already got AIP ... BUT I havent read that anyone got the 3in1 kit.
but there is a lucky december2012 who got the 3in1 kit last March ( thats why some 2012 said they are skipped by cic...and all we know cic so unpredictable.)

for 2013 applicants this are the most lucky ones specially for the singles got their AIP in 10 mons and some got their PR in just 1 yr from time of application.

so whats the issue now is that maybe cic gives priority to the single applicants so that they can achieve their quota of 17,500 pr by the end of the year....leaving and holding those applicants from late quarter 2011 who didnt get the kit from CEM, 2012, and 2013 MARRIED APPLICANTS....

and that is really sad... knowing that the spots that is much rightly to be given for those who passed the application earlier are given to those single who just recently passed their application ...i am 2013 married applicant and i know there is a llloooooonnggggg lineeeee of married applicants who are still waiting for 3in1 kit from CIC and all of us know that the slots for this year is limited and we never know if by nextyear cic will still continue to give a look to LIC program...

ALL WE CAN DO NOW IS PRAY AND HOPE FOR THE BEST....GOODLUCK EVERYONE ...this is just my opinion...

Yes Siraphrapa ,I will phone CIC by next week or I will ask help from mp......hoping and praying for the best.

@ellann, I got my re-entry visa already. I send my application for TRV even if I have no employment letter and they give my visa! Praise the Lord!
