Dear Sir/Madam,
Good morning and have a blessed day to you.
First of all, I would like to ask for your understanding and consideration because, I am here having a followup regarding my Permanent Residency application for Canada. I know, having a consistent followup regarding my application will make you feel annoyed due to your good office have much work to attend to. I am very sorry Sir/Madam for making you feel that way, and I'm begging for your forgiveness and understanding. I always praying to our Lord that this could not affect the processing of my application. Again, I am very sorry. Your understanding on my situation is very much appreciated.
Sir/Madam, my wife(LC1) and I can not help feeling worried regarding my application for Permanent Residency because, we do not know what is the real score on this. It is now four months (17 weeks) after my wife granted her PR status in Canada but my Passport with Visa is not yet issued. In my Electronic Client Application Status(ECAS), it was posted there since January 16, 2015 that "decision has been made on my application". I am praying that this decision is favorable and a positive result on my application. One thing that bothered me most is that, what really the problem or reason that hinders the issuance of my Visa? This makes me feel worried on what is happening. In a letter(PR Approval and PPR) sent to my wife from CPC-Vegreville last June 1, 2014, it was stated there that the Visa Office in Manila will do their best effort to return the Passport with Visa of her dependant in 4 to 6 weeks after she granted her permanent residence in Canada. But 17 weeks had passed, my passport with visa is not yet returned. We do not know the reason why. We are very much worried about this. It is improper to compare my application from other applicants but, we just can't help feel envious. It's really hard on our part every time we learned that some applicants received their passport with visa in just 4 to 6 weeks after their LC1 granted PR status in Canada. Sorry for this. Sir/Madam, please understand us. I am saying this not because I feel angry. No, it's not. I never felt angry to anybody. In fact we are very thankful for your effort in attending to my application. We are just wondering and worried about the situation. We are ALWAYS begging for your UNDERSTANDING and CONSIDERATION. Sir/Madam, PLEASE HAVE MERCY ON US! We know, you really feel what we feel right now.
Thank you always for your effort in attending to my application. We hope to hear from you and praying that my passport with visa will be returned to me the soonest time.
God bless you always and more power!
