I have a problem with employer that they are always in vacation and I am not being paid when they are not home? In my contract I have 40 hours for wages. I don't know how to resolve my problem? Because right now I have implied status for the reason that my work permit has already expires I am waiting for extension of work permit. If there is any can give me some advise or share there experience?

what does your contract say about holiday time? And possible holidays where you are not needed?

The contract say that I have 40 hours a week and there is no mention that my salary will be deducted when they away. I have 10 days vacation pay and 2 days sick leave pay. I cannot call the immigration for this case because I have fears that my status might ruined. So for now I am waiting to get my new work permit

You have the complete right to report the family for nonpayment.
Not sure where you are from but have attached the Ontario form. There is information in all provinces about who to contact.
