Just one copy. If they want more or anything additional, they will let you know.

Make sure to keep a copy of everything you send in case they "misplace" it.

I'm not terribly familiar with the processing of applying for LCP from the Phillipines, but it appears you do need the TOR red ribboned. (I did a google search and read up on it.)

The best I can tell you for the courier is to check here:

Pick which service you prefer. I tried to check some, but they require me calling the Phillipines.... don't think my husband would like that cell phone bill.

I do know a decent bit about the LCP program. My sister-in-law was a live-in nanny (from Thailand) before she got married, so I might be able to help you with questions regarding that, but Pinay specific questions, I'm kinda useless. I will see if I can find a thread dedicated to live-in caregivers or Pinoy TFW for you.

Here are a few threads you can read or ask questions to get better answers regarding country specific questions. It doesn't matter if they don't exactly match what you need (For instance, a June 2012 thread is okay for you to ask questions). All that matters is there are people active in the thread that have knowledge of what you need.

is it a great advantage if your employer is your aunt?. in terms of processing. .

It won't make a difference in terms of time.

If you're related to your employer, make sure to have all your requirements 110% because the VO may examine it harder. (Sometimes people try to commit fraud in this way.) However, if the application is correct and complete, there is no worries.

Make sure to tell Immigration she is your aunt. I think it may be a good idea for her to write a letter for you to include about your skills with children and why she wants to hire you as opposed to another nanny. (She can trust you because she knows you, you have visited with her children before and took care of them well...) Withholding information about her being your aunt could get you in trouble.
