Only VO can answers u on tat questions co'z until now awaiting for my VISA to release its been 52days from the time they acknowledge my MR.

I had my follow up with them luckly, VO replied and noted " still under processing" (Aug. 01,2012).

Patience is virtue........

I am the one submitted all the application in RIYADH EMBASSY.

So far they have not ask anything from me nor to my employer for any submission or missing documents.

May 15, 2012 - Submitted my docs/passport (Ordinary saudi post)
May 25, 2012 - Received by CIC
May 27, 2012 - Received request for medical/police clearance from CIC
May 29, 2012 - Done my medical in Jeddah
June 15, 2012 - Done my police clearance.
July 2, 2012 - Received my docs together w/ my visa.

1. the police clearance from saudi arabia, does it need to be translated?
2. did you ask your employer to provide the additional form for them? how did they send it? was it right before you send your application in the embassy?
3. what are the information needed for the bank draft?

Hi,

As of now I am still waiting for my original passport to be release with leaf on it (dreaming) . I completed all the required docs last 17 July, 2012 (MEDICAL RECEIVE AND OTHER DOCS REQUESTED MY POLICE CLEARANCE by VO). It's been month now I guess but still nothing pops out.

My question is now my IQAMA will expire this 09 Nov. and there is a policy of my company i work that 1month before it expire I need to submit my docs. BUT HOW I CAN RENEW MY IQAMA IN WHICH MY ORIG PASSPORT I HAVE SUBMITTED TO THE OFFICE OF VO LAST MAY. NOW MY QUESTIONS IS SHALL I NEED TO SEND LETTER OF REQUEST TO THE VO THAT I NEED TO BORROW MY ORIG PASSPORT AS MY CASE IS NOW UNDER PROCESSSING?.

REALLY, I AM WAITING THERE WILL BE HEAVEN'S ANSWERS WITH MY CONFUSION. I do know what I should do since we cannot send all the time a queries to the VO or else this will not be good to our application for following up.

by the way please don't be confuse why I have submitted my ORig Passport without letter request from the VO coz as i have observed and based on my other's friends experience their papers has been viewed and process when she submitted her orig passport to VO.
that is why I send it along with my other documents.

Hope anyone ther have an opinion to inlighthen me of best thing i should do..

halo pwede mo naman hiramin ang orig passport mo mag email ka lang sa kanila at dapat mae balik mo kung kailan matapos ang iquama mo may kakilala kaba? na taga admin kasi yon sa akin na renew ko ang iquma ko without passport kasi may kakilala ako eh.pero pwede na man hiramin mo ang passport basahin mo sa web thanks

i made request for my pasport..e2 nsa kamay q na.. hope it wud not affect w my application..
sana...everytime na mg folow up me dey reply it is stil under process. now its ben 2monts sine i completed..no choice kaylangan q kunin pasport dahil required na ang pasport sa renwal dhil sa category ng visa..

hello... ask k lng if nahiram mo na yun passport mo from embassy. same kasi tayo ng situation, i want to borrow din sana yun passport ko coz my IQAMA will be expiring na this October 25 and di daw ma-rerenew sa personnel namin if walang orig. passport. Kaso nga lang I'm worried din kasi nga baka it will affect the processing of my visa. thanks.

Pwde natin mahiram orig pasport mag send kalang don sa category ng "how to make inquiry" type u lbg sa msge request to borrow passport,please send,then mg reply sla syo snd nman tru aramex,naintindihan nman ng VO. panibagong gas2s nnman 50sr charge..
D nman guro apek2han apli natin,wat i knw mg send den sla ng request to send orig pasport. so hopefuly sana ma reles na nla ang maple leaf.

Thanks God, my employer emailed me that she submitted yesterday all the documents asked by the embassy and asking to expedite my visa..hope and waiting any reply from the embassy...
