Hi, I got no problem with mine (ecas) did you enter your Family Name? coz if you key in more than one or including your name the answer would be, "we can't recognized your identification" and also check your DOB (date of birth) day/month/year respectively. ;)

Of course. I was able to access mine without issues before, it just so happened that I cannot access it recently :)

LC2's did you guy's received anything yet after your application forms and documents submitted to CEM?
any updates from them guys?
medical examination is the next, am i right?

@ Gico what do you mean by AOR?

AOR = acknowledgement of Receipt. CEM ( Canadian Embassy Manila) will send AOR to the LC2. When did your LC2 send their kit?

Recently, we spoke about having a trouble with using online services to check application status. I just spoke with CIC department responsible for online services. i was told that live-in-caregivers no longer have access to their online files. Lady said that its permanent decision and we have to contact to CIC BY PHONE and representative will check it for us.
i dont know what to say. everything in this program is getting more and more difficult.

I don't really know about other categories. I was a bit shocked and just ask her one more time if its for LIVE IN CAREGIVERS, she confirmed, and i asked if its permanent, she said yes. i asked her how come that some people still login without any problems, she didnt have an answer..
I thought about it all day today. from one point of view its not that bad for security purposes, but from another one, it was something i liked to check myself, any time of the day, easily. now, i have to call them what is hard to make, it always takes lots of time to get to talk to someone.
So, I dont understand how these people work.. i am thinking to call one more time and ask them again....

julia78_ i also email them as my e-cas stop working ..they replied me as ...

Dear Client,

Thank you for contacting the Citizenship and Immigration Canada Call Centre’s e-Services Unit.

We apologize for the delay in responding to you
Due to a technical difficulty with our e-Client Application Status online service, access to your permanent residence application has been removed.
If you have any other questions, please contact the CIC Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100 for applications processed inside Canada or the responsible Canadian visa office for applications processed outside Canada.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
We hope this information is helpful.

Sincerely,

Khalsgb, thanks for sharing your experience with CIC technicians. i guess my intention to call them again is pointless..... well, i just want my PR so much, every single thing frustrates me. i just wish them to work FASTER and let those who has families and kids meet sooner.

I would like to share with you my long waiting time,
I send my application July 2011
CIC received August 2011
Open work permit December 2011
I didn't receive any confirmation letter and any decision yet, May 2013
I believe when we pay our taxes and we are living almost five years in Canada ,we are expecting more to this country; however, it is not happend.
I have many plans, one of them is to go to college, but this long process make difficult it.
Please someone who has the same timeline and was granted with their permanent resident.
I would appreciate your comments
