Live-in caregiver PR applicants for April,May and June timeline

Hello everybody! I have a quick question and would appreciate any information.
I am in the process of gathering my papers for the PR card and I'm really puzzled by all the papers needed to confirm my 2 years of employment.
So, as far as I understand, all I need is

- letter from employer
- record of wages and deductions sent to CRA (which is my T4 forms, right?)
- option C printout
- and statement of earnings

and I have a question about the last one. What is that exactly? Are those the payment slips from the employer? And if yes, do i have to send them all?! That's a crazy amount of paper. Or can I just send the last one as an example?

Approval in principle was on October 19th, 2012. And medical request for my dependant son- on January (medical examination was Febr 4th, 2013), then I got a letter (May 15th, 2013) - for payment 490$ for PR, and about my interview on June 20th
Interview (landing) was on June 20th 2013.
Now I am waiting for PR card (it is 63 business days, or may be less)

Thanks a lot! I am in Vancouver, BC. Applied in November 2011. My son turns 16 in 2months.. I am hoping to get first stage of approval by nov-december this year. Did your son get visa yet?
P.S. kak vi navernoe schastlivi chto PR nakonec to poluchili Sinochek visu poluchil uze? Kak vam v Edmontone rabotaetsa? Posle open work permit zizn silno pomenalas? ja prodolzaju rabotat s detkami, no kak live-out nanny, xorosho chto open permit bistro prishel.. a voobshe programma uzasno trudnaja osobenno dla semejnix s detmi, i sroki takie nevinosimie sdelali, a teper eshe zabastovka. CIC officer just took my open work permit. Didn't ask nothing.
Approval in principle I took on Oct 19th, 2012, Letter on May 15th (for PR)
