Im going home on april 12, 2012.. do i need a to fill out the FAMILY INFORMATION form? thank you so much for your help... and QUESTION number 9.. country where applying if not same as a current country of residence so i answered NO because im applying in Philippines is that right? and it says there from what date to when?

What about your health card, when does it expire? You mentioned you're in Richmond(?) BC(?)The health card normally is co-terminus with the WP.

jobseeker hi! I don't know when is the expiry of my health card, I did not update the address since I first moved. I am in Edmonton, AB. I think I just have to call Alberta health card.

hi there. i applied for TRV in seattle last Jan. 17 and it came back coz there is a missing information. So i resent it last Feb, 2 and they received it lat Feb. 7, 2012. I was wondering my passport how come it takes longer to send it back to me. I called by phone but there are not accepting ff. up regarding TRV. Im so worried coz my flight will be on March 28, Do u have any idea about this? or either suggestion which i can work it? Thanks...

It usually takes 3-5 weeks. My friend applied there too

In BC, it's printed on the health card. It would probably be printed on your health card too.

Oh yea , those girls they got OPW in December 2011 for Xmas presents even got it in 3 weeks!! hopefully we will get it for spring present or summer present too
