I spoke again to an agent this morning and ask about the expiration date of the OWP that was issued to me last dec. 4th...its valid until DEC. 3,2015.............

that mean u called the 127 then knew u work permit has been approved and issused on 4th Dec 2011,so u talked to a agent ,the agent told u u got it and it vaild until2015.am right?

yes stress27... you have to apply for re entry visa... you can do it here in canada by applying temporary resident visa. i think it cost 75$... and you can do it too in philippines, which i think almost 5,000 php...

Yeah that's the one you need. Go to website of the visa office you are sending your application. You'll find the info. I applied last summer for TRV and sent my application in buffalo. I live in toronto.
