Please help:

I sent my work permit application to New York under LCP on 19th november, they received it on 21st november. I eclosed all the documents, but I forgot to include a cover letter and and proof of my high school. I enclosed all my certificates and letter from my present employers and previous employers.

I am so worried because I havent received any acknowledgement or whatsoever. do you think they my application will be denied because of this?

I think you should send the additional documents. Sometimes if something is missing they will just request it if they need additional documents.

What is the processing time for LCP workpermit. It seems you only sent it a lottle over a month so check to see how long the processing usually is.

Is there any married applicat from October and November who got AIP recently. I think there was a forumer who had the same time line of Nov 3 Wsongcon

im nov. 3 applicant too, married and has one kid.. i checked my ecas but no change yet... its still in process, but Im positive that before December ends I will get a positive initial approval! It will come

@ north girl and leogal why don't you both try calling CIC, sometimes the changes to the ecase are a little bit slow. If you call early in the morning like 8 you have a better chance of getting someone on the phone. I called them last week abd they told me that AIP is 26 months so I should expect a reply by March 2013 (I am december 31st.....hope that turns out to be true)
