M facing big prob. We ordred our gcms lst mnth & recieved today...whn i checked them i saw lc2 whole info is cut ....don no wht is happning with us....they cut the whole only lc2 info from notes..
if anyone hve info regarding this plzzz help us ..how can we assess this info...or othr may also get their dependent info erased..??? :'( :'(
We r waiting from last 2 mnths for the notes...now it came & cause more frustration & stress.....feeling helpless....any help great apppriciation

LC 2 SHOULD FILL UP IMM 5744 (THIS IS CONSENT FORM). LC 2 SHOULD SIGNED AND THE SCAN COPY OF DS SIGNED CONSENT FORM SHOULD BE ATTACH WITH REQUEST FOR NOTES BY D LC1.


AND MY TM LINE IS DEC.2011 AND MEDICAL ALSO DONE IN FEB 2014....................AND WAITING FOR THE REST

Nobody knows what's going on
Some of 2012 applicants start getting their passport request but they all are Phillipinas
What's your timeline mkam

But still waiting for our turn for pasaport request & RPRF paymnt...
Don no when it will arrieve :'(

DS UP TO U ..IF U WANT TO. BT FOR DT U HV TO GO THROUGH SM PAPER WORK. OTHERWISE JST ADD UR SPOUSE NAME ONLY WILL BE SUFFICIENT . FOR DT U JST HAVE TO ATTACH COPY OF D MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (CERTIFIED COPY BY MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIR IF U RENEWING IN CANADA) .
